Attorney Christine Wolk joined our firm recently, bringing over twenty-five years of experience in bankruptcy law. Chris has been acknowledged as a leader by her peers. A past chair of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditor Rights (BICR) Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, she is also acknowledged as a groundbreaker in the area of foreclosure defense. Chris has given numerous seminars and presentations, and is the author of Raising a Defense to Foreclosure. Her most recent presentation was on the subject of dealing with debts in divorce and death at the Annual Meeting and Conference of the Wisconsin State Bar earlier this summer. Chris practices primarily at our Oshkosh office at 128 State Street, but you can also meet with her at our Madison location at 2901 West Beltline Highway, Suite 301. Her areas of expertise include foreclosure issues, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. She loves helping people and solving difficult financial problems.
